    This is a first year physics course which provides an extensive background in the basic concepts of physics, including motion, forces energy, waves, and electricity. Laboratory work will be emphasized. Students will use algebra and trigonometry to analyze word problems.  This course meets the Physical Science requirement for graduation. *Seniors will take this course at the CP Level.


    Prerequisite: Trigonometry (may be taken concurrently during first semester).
