Al-anon and Alateen
Al-anon is a support group for people whose lives have been affected by someone else's drinking.
Alateen is a part of the Al-anon family groups. It is a fellowship of young people (mostly teenagers) whose lives have been affected by someone else's drinking whether they are in your life drinking or not. -
Alcoholics Anonymous
AA is an international fellowship of men and women who have drinking problems. There are no age or education requirements. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking problem. It is available almost everywhere.

Nar-Anon known officially as "Nar-Anon Family Groups" is a 12-step program for friends and family members of those who are affected by someone else's addiction.

On-Belay is a program for children who have had a family member that has been effected by cancer.

Parenting Success Program
James J. Foster & Associates has developed a parent success program which is a repeating class consisting of ten separate and distinct modules.

PASTA (Parenting a Second Time Around)
This is a support group for grandparents and other family members who are raising child relative.

St. Joseph's Hospital
St. Joseph's Hospital has a variety of support groups, which sometimes are changing. These groups include: Bereavement, New Mom's Support Group, Cancer, Al-Anon, Alzheimer's, Narcotics Anonymous and Emotions Anonymous.

The Family Restored/Addict in the Family
This support group facilitated by recovered addicts and alcoholics active in recovery, is for friends and families who are struggling to cope with a loved one's addiction.

The Upper Room, A Family Resource Center
The Upper Room has three different ongoing support groups for parents, including: TIPS (for teens and young parents – child care available), UR Parent Support Group (for parents of teens), and CONNECT (for parents of children ages 0-6 – childcare available).
