S. Heinrich called the meeting to order at 7 :09 PM. The committee reviewed and made final corrections to the third draft of the preliminary report.

On a motion from W. Morrison, seconded by M. Morrison, the committee voted unanimously to approve the School Space Needs Preliminary Report, January 3, 2000. S. Heinrich phoned D. Miller who agreed with the committee vote.

On a motion from M. Morrison, seconded by S. Heinrich, the committee unanimously voted to adjourn at 9 P.M.
