Present: S. Heinrich, J. Heinrich, W. Morrison, M. Morrison, T. Koenig. D. Miller arrived late.

S. Heinrich called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M.

Before starting discussion on the space report, the committee discussed options regarding obtaining complete surveys of the school district property that has not been completely surveyed. On a motion by S. Heinrich, seconded by W. Morrison, the committee voted unanimously to draft a warrant article to appropriate $10,000 for surveying school district property, such surveying to include engineering, drainage and other related information.

The committee received the first draft of the preliminary report which covered only elementary schools. They reviewed the report and made corrections. Initial discussion about the middle school needs began and the committee requested more information regarding current usage, state standards and other building use issues.

On a motion from T. Koenig, seconded by M. Morrison, the committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 10 P.M.
