Present: D. Miller, J. Heinrich, S.Heinrich, M. Morrison, W. Morrison, T. Koenig, members of the School Board and Administration

S. Heinrich called the meeting to order at 8:15 P.M.  He announced that the committee meeting that had been scheduled for January 21, 2000 had been canceled due to the early school closing.  He noted that the committee had not scheduled a meeting in February and this was the first meeting of the new year.  He thanked members for their comments during the deliberative session on February 8, 2000.  Further, he announced the purpose to the meeting was to recognize and thank Doug Miller for his eight years of service on the committee.  Members of the committee, School Board and Administration offered their personal comments of thanks.  The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M. for refreshments.
