S. Heinrich called the meeting to order at 8:20 PM.

The committee continued to make revisions in the draft document. Issues raised during discussion included adding a table of contents and checklist/chart in the final report. The committee felt it was necessary to strongly note that the new addition at the high school is being built to accomodate the need at the high school. It will not have any extra space that might solve the middle school space problem. Further, there is no other available space within the district to solve the middle school space problem.

On a motion from M. Morrison, seconded by C. Morrison, the committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 10:05 PM.
