The meeting was called to order at 8:15 PM by S. Heinrich.

S. Heinrich thanked members of the committee who had attended the high school groundbreaking ceremony. He noted that there had been articles in two local papers about the report that the committee was preparing to present to the school board. He was concerned about any potential backlash. He told the committee that, after the ground breaking, he had been approached by members of the press to comment on the building proposal the PBC was working on. He stated that he had been uncomfortable discussing the report, had provided the only information that had been openly discussed during the PBC�s meetings and had stressed that the report was still in the draft stage. W. Morrison stated that PBC meetings are open to the public. He felt that, even though the school board has not seen the report, any information discussed at PBC meetings including this report is public information.

The committee continued working on revisions to the draft document. During the discussion, several members expressed concern that the committee did not have access to an architect to discuss potential building plans and costs. The committee felt that there should be a separate section of the report dedicated to the Buker site. It was noted that the survey of Buker will not be done until the leaves fall.

The committee decided by consensus to request a special School Board meeting for the presentation of the final report. A letter will be sent to the School Board asking them to choose between September 19^th or 21^st for presentation of the report. The committee decided to meet on September 5^th and 11^th to finalize the report and go over the details of the presentation.

On a motion from T. Koenig, seconded by W. Morrison, the committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 10:15 PM.
