The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M by W. Morrison.

The meeting was spent reading and editing their report. The committee decided to meet on December 12 at 7:00 PM to finish and approve the report.

On a motion from C. Morrison, seconded by everybody, the committee voted to adjourn at 10:50 P.M.
