The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by W. Morrison.

The committee made further corrections and revisions to their report.

On a motion from M. Morrison, seconded by C. Morrison, the committee voted unanimously to accept the report (attached) for presentation to the School Board on December 17th. W. Morrison noted that S. Heinrich had called to add his agreement with this vote.

There was additional discussion regarding the method to disseminate the report to School Board members before December 17th and which PBC members would help with the presentation of the report.

On a motion from C. Morrison, seconded by T. Koenig, the committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 10:20 P.M.
