The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. by S. Heinrich.
On a motion from C. Morrison, seconded by W. Morrison, the minutes of November 14, 2000 were unanimously approved with the following correction: "Further, W. Morrison noted that the BBC had approved a "subset" of members who will present the report..."

On a motion from W. Morrison, seconded by S. Heinrich, the minutes of January 16, 2001 were unanimously approved with the following corrections:
S. Heinrich commended W. Morrison for his part in the middle school presentation and thanked committee members for their participation at deliberative session. C. Morrison reported that she would be at the Reeds Ferry PFA meeting on February 14th at 3:30 PM, Thorntons Ferry PTTF meeting on February 20th at 7:45 PM and St. James Preschool on February 21st at 7 PM and invited committee members to attend. There was discussion about the possibility of attending a meeting of the Merrimack Senior Association. There was also discussion about the need to do something to publicize the benefits of the Buker site. On a motion from W. Morrison, seconded by C. Morrison, it was unanimously voted to write a letter from the PBC focused on why the Buker site is a good place for the middle school. It was noted that there will be a voter information guide mailed to all households and there will be a "New School" sign campaign.
Potential candidates for the open seat were brainstormed.
On a motion from W. Morrison, seconded by S. Heinrich, it was unanimously voted to adjourn at 9:15 PM.
