The meeting was called to order in the parking lot of the middle school at 7:35 PM by S. Heinrich. Due to a communication mix-up, the middle school was locked so the committee decided to relocate to the Ambulance Garage. The meeting resumed at 7:50 PM.

The committee continued to work on revisions to a draft final report. Items that were brought up for inclusion in the report included a section devoted to kindergarten, a bibliography and the necessity to back up all recommendations and conclusions with facts.

On a motion from M. Morrison, seconded by C. Morrison, the committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 10 PM.
