S. Heinrich called the meeting to order at 7:34 P.M.

The Committee went over the draft preliminary report on High School Space Needs making needed corrections and clarifications. B. Triolo made a motion, seconded by S.Heinrich, to amend the minutes of April 14, 1998 to include the following statements on the top of Page 4: The committee asked Mr. Marston and Mr. Walker for their opinions on the effects of moving the ninth grade from the high school to the middle school. They offered to provide additional feedback from department heads at a future meeting. The vote was 5-0-1.

On a motion from S. Heinrich, seconded by B. Triolo, the committee unanimously voted to approve the preliminary report (attached) as completed during the meeting.

On a motion from D. Miller, seconded by M. Morrison, the committee voted to adjourn at 10:50 P.M.
