The meeting was called to order at 7:40 PM by S. Heinrich.

The committee discussed plans for presentation of the final report to the School Board. T. Koenig and M. Morrison will be the main speakers for the committee. S. Heinrich will be the back-up speaker. Overheads will be used for the Synopsis, School Capacity Chart, Option Checklist and Criteria, Option Chart and Build-out Plan. It was noted that M. Morrison had offered to make posters of some of the charts. Committee members selected pages of the report that they would be responsible for answering any questions about after the presentation. S. Heinrich selected pages 5-6, 20, and 25. C. Morrison chose pages 7-8, 18, and 22. W. Morrison will handle pages 9, 19, and 24. T. Koenig will be responsible for pages 10-17, 21, 23, and 26. All members of the committee will be prepared to justify the recommendation of building a school for grades 7/8 rather than for grades 5/6. Members of the committee will contact M. Morrison to confirm his availability as well as contact Maintenance to ensure there will be an overhead projector and easels.

On a motion from C. Morrison, seconded by T. Koenig, the committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 9:10 PM.
