Assistant Superintendent Welcome Page

Dear Merrimack School District Community,

It is truly an honor to serve the Merrimack School District as Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. From my very first days in Merrimack, I have been inspired by the dedication of our educators, the determination and resilience of our students, the support of our families, and the pride of this community. I am incredibly grateful for the warm welcome I have received and am excited to partner with all of you in support of all learners.

Every decision we make should begin with one question: What is best for students? When we value one another’s strengths, embrace diverse perspectives, and work together with purpose, we create the conditions for learners to grow, thrive, and succeed.

Over the coming months, I look forward to spending time in our schools, visiting classrooms, and connecting with students, educators, and families. Some of the best ideas already exist within our classrooms, and I am eager to listen, learn, and build on the outstanding work already happening across our district.

At its core, education is about people. It is about building meaningful relationships, inspiring curiosity, nurturing confidence, and empowering every individual to discover their strengths and reach their full potential.

Thank you for welcoming me into the Merrimack School District. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside all of you as we continue our shared commitment to helping each student learn, grow, and succeed.

With appreciation,

Allison Noel, Ed.D.
Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment
