Families of Third and Fourth Graders Unified Arts Showcase of Learning May 17th
On Friday mornings, throughout the school year, the Unified Arts team has offered third and fourth graders student choice in our areas of passion. Students get a chance to participate in an area of interest in the unified arts field and they also get a chance to engage and collaborate with students outside of their general classroom. As a team, we have stressed the importance of the process of learning, creating and engaging with new knowledge. On the evening of May 17th, all of the hard work that students have put in all year will be on display. You will see physical objects that have been created, experience first hand some of the new skills students have learned, view many process photos of students engaged in their quest for new learning. You will also have the opportunity to watch students perform short reader’s theater plays and listen to our chorus perform.
