Hello! I am Melissa Lloyd. I have been teaching first-grade at Reeds Ferry School for 9 years. Prior to teaching in Merrimack, I also taught first-grade in Bedford NH and Title I reading in the Timberlane School District.  I have a B.A. from Fitchburg State University in Business Marketing and an M.Ed. from the University of New Hampshire in Elementary Education. 

When I am not learning at Reeds Ferry with my students,  you can find me teaching competitive dance at 2 studios in MA and adjudicating for regional and national dance competitions. I have an amazing daughter who is a junior at the University of New Hampshire studying Social Work.  

I am so excited to start a new year of learning!
