    Please register through mail or email (adult.education@sau26.org) using the registration form below and mail to the address on the form. If you don’t have a printer, please handwrite the required information to include in your envelope with payment.

    Adult Exercise Class 
    3:45 - 4:30 PM RS Gym Tuesday 10/7/2025 (6 weeks) 
    $75.00 ($50.00 for district employees) 
    This beginner to moderate class will include several formats of exercise.   All levels are welcomed.  Modifications and variations will be offered for beginners, as well as for more experienced students. Dress comfortably and bring water. Instructor: Deanna Lavoie.
