    Our support team can assist with district devices, learning applications, and account issues. We do not offer direct support for personal or family-owned devices, but can help troubleshoot to rule out problems related to software or systems provided by the district. 

     

    The Merrimack School District technology department is a collaborative team of district and school personnel. We provide support for the following: 

    • User support for all students, families and staff in the Merrimack School District
    • Instructional technology for over 300 classrooms and learning spaces
    • Network infrastructure including routing, switching, cabling, wireless, and phone systems
    • Devices including desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, printers, multi-function copy/print stations, and specific equipment used for student learning supports
    • All district systems used for operations, management, and productivity
