2024-2025 School Year

Current student registration opens February 5, 2024- February 9, 2024.

New Student Registration: Thursday, February 15 from 6 - 7 pm James Mastricola Elementary

Complete forms and return them to student's homeschool. (Find out my homeschool)

What forms need to be completed and returned?

• Registration form
• Immunization Record
• Proof of Residency (what is considered proof or residency?)
• Original Birth Certificate w/ raise seal (we will copy and return)
• Current Physical

We will contact the Parents of students who are enrolled in the program by March 15^th.  A packet will be sent out including a tuition agreement that will need to be signed and returned, along with payment, by April 8^th. We will try our best to have students attend their homeschools.
