This course is designed to introduce students to the basic foundations of differential and integral calculus. Students will learn how to apply various derivative and integration formulas to a variety of functions. The derivative and integral will also be used to solve appropriate real-world problems. Theoretical aspects and abstract concepts of calculus will be a minimal part of this course. This course will not be sufficient to prepare a student for the Advanced Placement Calculus AB Exam.
Prerequisite: Trigonometry Junior Year or Semester One Senior Year or AP Pre-Calculus.
