    Available to Grades 10-12


    Students will study the art of baking which includes a variety of breads and cakes.  International cuisine such as Mexican, Italian, Greek, Asian and American will also be covered. Recipes used in this class are more complex and require a higher level of skill.  Event planning is also part of this course. Nutrition and safety are a key part of this course of study.


    Prerequisite: Successful completion of Introduction to Foods and Nutrition with a grade of A or higher.
