    This course is designed for individuals with a desire to move forward in the field of physical enhancement or general fitness.  It is aimed at individuals who are willing to gain a body of knowledge and practical expertise to enable them to not only become more physically fit but also develop cognitive knowledge of a variety of training protocols. Areas to be covered include general fitness, strength training, interval training, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance in a personalized fitness program.  This course will result in a higher level of overall fitness for individual students. This course is not weighted and will not be included in a student’s ranking GPA.  


    Prerequisite: PE1: Physical Education/Personal Wellness
