    This Novice High to Intermediate Low level Spanish course is designed to introduce more complex grammatical structures and thematic vocabulary to further develop the four language skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing.  Students will deepen their knowledge of Spanish-speaking cultures and their own by comparing and contrasting products, practices, and perspectives with the goal of fostering effective and appropriate interactions with people from other cultural backgrounds.  Upon successful completion of the course, students will meet the Intermediate Low proficiency level. 

     

    Prerequisite: A final grade of "C" or better in Spanish 2 or an appropriate placement test.
