The Evening Academy is an opportunity for students to earn make-up credit towards graduation requirements. Students will receive .5 credits for a successfully completed class. Classes are offered for credit recovery only. Students who passed one quarter, but failed the other in the previous semester are eligible to recover that quarter credit and earn credit for the whole semester.
Classes are offered in Math, Science, Social Studies and English.
Applications are available in guidance and on the school website. Applications must have guidance approval.
Tuition for .5 credit is $150.
Tuition for .25 credit is $75.
Classes will begin on Monday, February 10 for Math, Science and Social Studies, and on Tuesday, February 11 for English.
Classes will run from 2:30 to 4:00 pm. Students who need to catch the late bus will be dismissed in time to make the bus.
